Refund policy
Returns
Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a delivery is completed. If there is an issue with your order due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Incorrect quantity of items delivered
- Damaged Product
It has to be reported strictly within 30 minutes of the order delivery. Do write to us on ecom@liquii.com with the subject – ‘Delivery Concerns’ and share the relevant proof. Our team will reach out to you to resolve the issue. Alternatively you can call our customer care at +919818437715.
LQI will take the responsibility of the product conditions only till customers reception counter (especially in high rise buildings) as the product may go bad if not stored in freezer immediately hence any product related issues need to be reported within 30 minutes of the delivery fulfilment.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, make sure to do so within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact our customer care team at +919818437715 or email us at ecom@liquii.com
In case your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement under any one of the following circumstances as applicable,
- Incorrect items delivered
- Incorrect quantity of items delivered
- Damaged Product
Refund/Replacement
We hope that you love LQI products as much as we do but by any chance, if there are any product related issues reported within the TAT timelines as mentioned above in the return policy, We will offer replacement of the products to you only after the internal quality checks. We do not offer any refunds at the moment.
Liquii Beverages Private Limited is not liable to process any refund/replacement if the request is not raised within 30 minutes of delivery or if you fail to produce necessary proofs.
