Q. What ingredients do you use?

Our packs are made with 100% freshly sourced fruits only. We do not use any purees, pasteurised pulp or anything artificial. It’s purely fresh fruits.

Q. What is the shelf life of smoothie packs?

Smoothie packs are best before 4 months from the date of manufacture under frozen conditions. Once thaw and final smoothie is made, consume within 4-6 hours.

Q. Is it Vegan?

We do have some 100% Vegan smoothies on the list and we are adding more.

Q. Are the smoothies gluten free?

Our smoothie packs are naturally gluten free.

Q. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you have provided all the necessary details for your delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order and the delivery timeline.

Q. I paid online; the money has been debited but my order has not been placed successfully. What do I do?

If your account has been debited after an order failure, the debited amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days. For any further issues, you can email us at ecom@liquii.com or call us on +919818437715

Q. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, make sure to do so within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact our customer care team at +919818437715 or email us at ecom@liquii.com

Q. What should I do if i receive a damaged item, wrong product or missing items in my order?

If an item is found to be damaged or if it does not match the description or quantity mentioned on our website, please reach out to us with the images at ecom@liquii.com or call us on +919818437715 strictly within 30 minutes post the delivery, we will take care of the replacements only after the internal checks. Note: LQI will take the responsibility only till customers reception counter (especially in high rise buildings) as the product may go bad if not stored in freezer immediately hence any product related issues need to be reported within 30 minutes of the delivery fulfilment.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI Transfers. You can view all the payment methods on the checkout page.

Q. How many days/much time will my order take to deliver?

The orders will get fulfilled within a TAT of maximum 7 working days after placing a successful order. Normally we try to deliver it in a timeline of 3-4 working days.

Q. Do you have Cash on Delivery?

Yes we have Cash on Delivery available.

Q. Is it safe to consume if I’m lactose intolerant?

Yes absolutely. You can blend/shake it with plant milk/coconut milk/soy milk or water.

Q. Is there any added sugar, color or preservatives?

No, we are absolutely free from all these additives.
